Cheese Around the World

Who knew that most of the cheese consumed around the world is NOT cheddar?  Switzerland is a major cheese producer.  This was a surprise to me but considering how pastoral the country is and how many cows there are, well it makes sense now.

Check out Emanthaler sometime.  It’s Swiss Cheese but better!  There are more white cheeses out there then you can shake a stick at, too.  Definitely worth eating!
